3. User Accounts
To use our service, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Billing
Free Plan: Limited to 3 hook generations per day.
Pro Plan: $14.99/month for unlimited generations. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hook Doctor to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Spam or abuse the service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Share account access with unauthorized users
- Use automated tools to access the service
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the hooks you generate. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our service. The Hook Doctor platform, branding, and technology remain our exclusive property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hook Doctor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will go viral or achieve specific results. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hook Doctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
